About Yonder:
Founded in 2018 by Jasper Tupman and Stuart Winstone; two brewing professionals with 20 years of craft beer experience, Yonder was created by a shared passion for flavour, fermentation and fun. The story began on a shoe-string when the duo invested everything they had to move in to their new home at Rookery Farm; a repurposed farm site which now hosts an array of independent businesses, a stones-throw from the UK's smallest city; Wells. From here they started creating innovatively flavourful brews on their second-hand brew kit.
But the story has progressed significantly since then. Having since been joined by another craft beer veteran, Head Brewer David Williams, the team have gone from strength to strength.
