Bright, fresh and tart, Wide Open Space is about as refreshing as it gets. Into a wheaty, kettle soured and cleanly fermented base we added 400L of cucumber juice which dials back the overall acidity leaving a pleasantly tart pucker. Additions of mint brings even more freshness to proceedings. Thirst quenching and surprisingly moreish, this is a summer's day in a glass.
About Vibrant Forest Brewery: They are a small craft brewery located on the very edge of The New Forest national park in the South of England. They make a vast range of beer styles such as massively hopped pale ales, IPAs, strong stouts, barrel aged experiments and sours.
Everything they produce is unfiltered, unpasteurised and vegan friendly.
