Our chums at Clapton Craft were on the hunt for a rich American IPA and chose our sleepy woods to brew it in. We took Citra, for it's unrelenting juicy and pithy overtures, and Simcoe, because of its fiery pine and stone fruit flavours.
About Vibrant Forest Brewery: They are a small craft brewery located on the very edge of The New Forest national park in the South of England. They make a vast range of beer styles such as massively hopped pale ales, IPAs, strong stouts, barrel aged experiments and sours.
Everything they produce is unfiltered, unpasteurised and vegan friendly.
