Dealer’s Choice is a new project where the team grab the recipe book and go freestyle on a set of small batch brews. The first release in this series is Bolo’s Cold IPA. Clean, crisp and hoppy, a Cold IPA is fermented using lager yeast at warmer temperatures than a lager. For hops we’ve gone with Cashmere for citrus and tropical notes, plus Cascade in the whirlpool for more zesty notes and some smooth bitterness.
About Unity Brew Co:
Founded in 2016, Unity Brew Co is a Southampton Brewery dedicated to brewing craft beer that brings people together.
Begining as a brewery focused on Belgian styles, they have gone from bottling beers on a 10HL kit in a small unit, to brewing a host of styles from Hazy IPAs and Crispy Lagers to Silky Stouts and Punchy Fruit Sours on their 16 Barrel kit at their extended Brewery and Taproom in Northam which opended in the Winter of 2019.
