We are an online beer shop owned by brewers & bar owners. We believe this mix enables us to empathise with all the different concerns of the producers, suppliers and customers and balance them all to participate in creating a sustainable brewing industry.
As brewery owners we understand the challenges the sector is currently facing with producers ceasing trading with alarming frequency. We believe that paying the producers a fair price for their beers helps to make them viable businesses so that we can continue to enjoy an eclectic mix of amazing beers from producers all over the country.
As bar owners we get to spend a lot of time with our customers, hearing their opinions, observing their drinking habits, trying new beers and generally absorbing all the feedback to help us as a business select the right beers for our customers.
With our commitment to a fair price for the brewers and competitive pricing for the customers we have to find other ways to save money. For instance, we've found a great way of saving money is our no-frills packaging.
We didn't see the point of discarding of all the packaging that our beer arrives in then spending a fortune repackaging with our own branded packaging.
When you're beer arrives we can guarantee that this is not the first time your box has been used and all the void filling and protection in the box is either being re-used from deliveries we've received or shredded paper that we have recycled on site.
